As an effective statistical learning tool
AdaBoosting has been widely used in the field of pattern recognition. In this paper
a new method is proposed to improve the classification performance of hyperspectral images by combining the minimum noise fraction (MNF) and AdaBoosting. Because the hyperspectral imagery has many bands which have strong correlation and high redundancy
the hyperspectral data are pre-processed by the minimum noise fraction to reduce the data's dimensionality
whilst to remove noise bands simultaneously. Then
we use an AdaBoost algorithm to conduct the classification of hyperspectral remotely sensed image. Experimental results show that the classification accuracy is improved and the time of calculation is reduced as well. 2012 IEEE.

In range measurement
theodolite and radar constitute a real-time tracking system at different sites to track the same target in the air and get useful information exactly and timely. As the optical theodolite and radar have different sampling frequency and measurement system
the data is sent to the fusion center is asynchronous. This paper proposed a time registration method based on multi-sensor data using Wavelet neural network algorithm
which not only better solved the basic problems of theodolite fusion tracking but also improve the efficiency of data fusion. Simulation experiment and comparison with other time registration method have shown the advantage of this method. 2012 IEEE.

In this paper
We apply a complex notch filter to eliminate accurately influence of Mechanical resonance frequency on theodolite performance. By comparing magnitude-frequency characteristic of system and notch filter
make two frequency characteristics counteract at the mechanical resonance frequency. Experiments show that the method can eliminate accurately mechanical resonance frequency and improve bandwidth and stability of the theodolite. 2011 IEEE.

We deposited ZnO films on Corning glass substrate by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). We found the diffraction (002) peak at ~34.46
indicating that the ZnO thin films were C-oriented. ZnO films were highly transparent with a transmission ratio larger than 85% in the visible range. The surface morphology of the films was observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). (2010) Trans Tech Publications.

ZnO films were grown under different oxygen partial pressures by metal organic chemical vapor deposition on the substrates of Corning glass. We investigated the quality of the films by SIEMENS D8 X-ray diffractometer. The surface morphology of the films were observed by Digital Nanoscope IIIa AFM with normal silicon nitride tip in the contact mode. The hall effect measurements were carried out with indium ohmic contact. The transmission spectrum of the films were measured. The transmission ratio is larger than 80% in the region above the wavelength of 385nm
and sharply decreased under 10% below the wavelength of 375 nm. (2010) Trans Tech Publications.
