一种链酶亲和素结合功能荧光磁性纳米颗粒的制备方法  2)将Strep?II?apcA基因片段插入到带有6×His基因的载体A中6×His基因的下游  将Strep?II?apcB基因片段插入到带有6×His基因的载体B中6×His基因的下游  3)将步骤2)所得两个表达载体同时转化大肠杆菌  4)将上述工程菌诱导培养后分离纯化  5)将所得双标签重组APC荧光蛋白质与锌离子修饰的超顺磁性硅壳纳米颗粒振荡混合  其特征在于：1)通过PCR反应将Strep?II标签基因分别连在别藻蓝蛋白APC的α和β亚基脱辅基蛋白基因的N末端  同时将藻胆素生物合成酶基因hol和pcyA插入到载体上  同时将色基裂合酶基因cpcS和cpcU插入到载体上  筛选获得同时表达上述基因的工程菌  得到双标签重组APC荧光蛋白质  即得到链酶亲和素结合功能荧光磁性纳米颗粒。  分别得到Strep?II?apcA和Strep?II?apcB基因片段  得到pCDF?Strep?II?apcA?hol?pcyA  得到pRSF?Strep?II?apcB?cpcS?cpcU  待用  待用  待用
