| 中文摘要 | 本文利用系统动力学理论分析了区域工业结构优化系统，得出其递阶层次结构模型；应用多目标最优化比较成熟和实用的方法之一--目标规划法，建立了区域工业结构优化模型。通过对万县市自然经济社会复合生态系统进行仿真，揭示出区域系统各因素之间的关系。利用区域结构多目标优化模型对该工业结构进行优化，以1995、2000、2005和2010年为目标年，从而得出不同阶段投资在各行业的最优化分配，对模型和结果进行评价。预测环境的未来变化趋势，探索万县市工业与环境协调发展的对策。 |
| 英文摘要 | The paper analyzes the regional industrial optimal system by the theory of system dynamics and gets the model of hierarchical structure, then establishes the optimal model of the regional industrial structure using one of the adult and applicable multiobjective optimization method, i.e, objective programming. The paper also simulates the natural-economic-social complicated ecological system of Wanxian city and finds out the relationship among all the the factors. Finally, the paper optimizes the industrial structure in Wanxian city of in 1995、2000、2005 and 2010 and gets the altemative of investment allocation in the industry, then judges the model and the consequence. Then the paper predicts the trend of the environment and researches the strategy of coordinate dvelopment between the industry and enviomment. |
