英文摘要 | in this work nb-doped anatase tio2 nanocrystals are used as the photoanode of quantum-dot-sensitized solar cells. a solar cell with cds/cdse quantum dots co-sensitized 2.5 mol% nb-doped anatase tio2 nanocrystals can achieve a photovoltaic conversion efficiency of 3.3%, which is almost twice as high as the 1.7% obtained by a cell based on undoped tio2 nanocrystals. the incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency can reach as high as 91%, which is a record for all quantum-dot-sensitized solar cells. detailed analysis shows that such an enhancement is due to improved lifetime and diffusion length of electrons in the solar cell. |
