英文摘要 | The present invention relates to a high-speed hydraulic servo cylinder, consisting of piston rod, cylinder barrel, piston, nut, leading screw, bearing, fastening nut, valve body and valve core, and among them the nuts, piston and leading screw are anterior structure, and the valve body, valve core and bearing are posterior structure, and the leading screw and valve are double body structure. Because the valve core is separated from leading screw, the present invention greatly reduces the rotary inertia driven motor. When it is overloaded, the piston rod doesn't move although the valve core is axially moved, but because it and leading screw are threaded secondary connection, therefore the interference damage can be prevented. At the same time, because the leading screw uses multiple wide-pitch trapezoidal or rectangular thread, so that its load-bearing strength and lead can be increased thereby greatly raising impulse oil cylinder speed. |
