中文摘要 | The high-T-c superconductor YBa2Cu3O7/ferroelectric Pb(Zr,Ti)O-3 (YBCO/PZT) heterostructures, La1-xCaxMnO3 thin film and La1-yCayMnO3/La1-xCaxMnO3 (x not equaly) heterostructures have been prepared and investigated. For YBCO/PZT heterostrures, it was found by conducting atomic force microscope (C-AFM) that the leakage current distributes in the local defect region with plane size of 10 nm order. This is a new discovery of the investigation of leakage current mechanism from the surface morphology of PZT/YBCO heterostructures. One kind of ordered surface structure was observed for the first time in the films of(La1-xCax)MnO3 with x greater than or equal to 0.5, which has shown an important role for the formation of interfacial structure and CMR effect of the La1-yCayMnO3/La1-xCaxMnO3 (x greater than or equal to 0.5, x not equal y) heterostructures. |
