中文摘要	The coordination states of Y and Er in (Er(x)Y(1-x)3Al5O12 garnet solid solutions (x = 0, 0.15, 0.30, 0.50, 0.70, 1.00) were investigated with extended X-ray diffraction. The variation of the neighboring structure and lattice constant with x values were determined. It was found that the Er3+ ions and/or the Y3+ ions mostly occupy the position (c) of the distortional cube as commonly believed, about 9% of them enter the position (a) (Al position) of the octahedra and the fraction do not vary with the concentration x in the solid solutions. The relation of the change about lattice constant and the coordination state of Y - O and Er - O with the concentration x was discussed.
