英文摘要 | With scroll compressor rotor and shell as the research object, based on the general structure and principle of operation of the scroll compressor, through analysing rotor stress of the scroll compressor. Based on this, the dynamic model of scroll compressor rotor was established. The crankshaft rotor and shell were analyzed with finite element modal analysis, modal parameters of the crankshaft rotor and shell such as the natural frequencies and modal shapes were obtained, through applying finite element method and multi-body dynamics theory. Based on topological analysis of scroll compressor crankshaft system, rigid multi-body model and flexible multi-body model of the crankshaft rotor by the consideration of flexible role of the crankshaft are respectively developed. Through the dynamic analysis of the flexible crankshaft system, the gas forces loads and bearing loads were obtained under the condition of the flexible body which are applied on the scroll compressor shell may be acquired. The dynamic response of the shell was analyzed in action of above various loads. The results shown that, accurate computational results can be provided for the interaction relations between the bearings on the crankshaft and shell only by flexible dynamic mode. Through the dynamic response analysis of shell, not only can master the stress and displacement distribution, but also displacement of nodes in the shell can be obtained in the time history, it provided basis for the structural design of the scroll compressor shell. |
