英文摘要The effects of the radial loads, overturning moment and bearing radial clearance parameters were analyzed which on the needle roller bearing dynamics characteristic. Through applying Hertz theory and force method to solve static indeterminacy problems, calculations of the radial loads of needle roller bearing and deformation were deduced. According to the principle of the moment balance, the inclined bearing's outer influence on the loads distribution of bearing effective length was concluded. With twin-wraps scroll compressor with needle roller bearing as the research object, the variations of the radial deformation and load distribution were studied. The results show that the needle roller loads and radial total deformation is nonlinear, but the biggest radial deformation and total radial force is approximation proportional when it applied in scroll compressor, with the crankshaft angle periodic variation. Relative radial loads, overturning moment play absolute role on the needle roller bearing failure. It is suggested that the results can provide some theoretical basis for scroll compressor structure design, drive bearing selection and periodic maintenance, crankshaft-bearing dynamic behavior, dynamics and tribology coupling problem study.
