英文摘要 | The tribological behavior of polyimide(PI)/graphite/polyetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composites was tested by MMU-10G end face high-temperature friction andwear testing machine. The worn surface and transfer of composite materials were inspected and analyzed by SEM. At the same time, the surface temperature and the tribological behavior of the PTFE matrix composites with the best ratio under different experimental conditions were studied, and the instantaneous temperature of the friction pair surface was measured. The results show that PI could greatly improve the wear resistance of the filled PTFE. However, the increase of PI content is not conducive to the formation of non-metallic transfer film. The best anti-wear performance is obtained when the volume fraction of PI is 25%. The composites enter the high temperature friction stage, when the load exceeds 300 N and the speed overtakes 4 m/s, the temperature of the friction surface is greater than 125 . The friction surface will creep, and the transfer film would be damaged to varying degrees. The change of friction performance of PI filled PTFE composites is not obvious when the temperature is less than 75 . © 2018, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
