英文摘要In view of the problem of actual nonlinear system that the traditional method is difficult to get reliable fault diagnosis, this paper uses the particle filter method with multi-model system to describe the degradation of the system, applying the logarithm likelihood function as evaluation index, and with the aid of the adaptive threshold design, to study fault detection and fault isolation of the nonlinear system. By analyzing the statistical properties of residual error, a kind of adaptive threshold based on particle filter for fault diagnosis is designed to reduce the miss alarm and false alarm ratio of fault diagnosis. Results of the simulation demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
