英文摘要According to the complex spatial-temporal evolution of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the liquid-ring pump, the proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) method was employed to decompose the transient gas-liquid two-phase flow field in pump. The spatial basic modal characteristics of transient phase and velocity fields and the time-domain characteristics of their modal coefficients were analyzed. The reduced-order model of unsteady flow field was established, and the flow field were predicted and analyzed. The results show that POD method can realize the spatio-temporal decoupling analysis of complex flow field in liquid ring pump. The change of modal coefficients of phase and velocity fields in time domain can reflect the law of energy, frequency and phase change of modal field. The basic mode field can reflect the spatial scale change law of pulsating flow field. The flow field in the sample space can be accurately predicted by the reduced-order model, and the maximum relative errors of the predicted results for inlet pressure, phase field and velocity field are about 0.2%, 4% and 8%, respectively. The reduced-order model has a certain extrapolation accuracy. However, the error between the prediction result and CFD calculation result increases gradually when the object is gradually far away from the sample space. © 2021, Science Press. All right reserved.
