英文摘要The Fe-Cr-Mo-B-C coating was prepared on the 45 steel by laser cladding with different process parameters. The phase, morphology and microstructure of the obtained coatings were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), laser scanning microscope (LSM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS), respectively. The influence of parameters on the crystallization, porosity, microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings was explored. As a result, the increase of laser power or overlap rate will cause more serious crystallization, porosity and even cracks, which can reduce the comprehensive properties of the coatings. The microhardness of the coatings is determined by the amorphous phase as well as the hard phase B6Fe23 and Cr2B. By analyzing the performance of the coating, it is determined that the optimal conditions of the laser cladding is the power of 1400 W with the overlap rate of 30%. © 2022
