With rapid development of the national economy, an effective way is urgently anticipated to break the bottle-neck of low utilization and serious pollution of bulk industrial solid wastes. In the paper a process modification method of preserving the energy at the formation of industrial solid wastes to improve its cementitious reactivity is proposed for effective utilization of industrial solid wastes. The new method is realized by high pressure jet, centrifugal atomization and additional field, and it characterizes with several advantages over other processes, such as energy and water saving, cleaning (green) processing of final products, etc. Therefore, the mode of purpose-oriented active transformation from the wastes to useful resource in industrial processes instead of passive disposals of them at terminals could be achieved, and would be useful to finally realize a benign recycle of resources, energy and environment.
