英文摘要Three-layer polyethylene structure anticorrosive layer is also called as three-layer PE,It is one of the most advanced anticorrosive techniques.The coated segment is the most import part in process of the producing three-layer PE. The steel pipe is heated by the intermediate frequency stove and its temperature is the key factor to keep the high quality of the products. In order to achieve this goal and improve the safety of the control system, Control laws reconfiguration was used in the temperature control system as Active Fault Tolerant Control (AFTC) strategy, When the temperature sensor was completely out of action at the coated segment. We chose back propagation nerve network as the FTC controller to the nonlinear and undetermined object of the steel pipes' heating, and simulated in MATLAB by the use of the data which were gathered in the one line of 3-layer PE product, the result tested that the method above was valid and reliable, and it can be used in temperature control systems of various anticorrosive steel pipe product's lines.
