英文摘要The important research significance of this thesis is that through the research on mice to analogize that the adolescents who are in the growth stage should insist on what kind of physical training at all ages can helps to promote the growth of the caudal nucleus neuron and enhance the function of the nervous system. The purpose of this study was to observe the relationship between the morphology and number of cortical and vertebral cell regions in CA3 when mouse after physical activity. The research method used in this paper is to match the female mice in the growth stage with the male homologous mice, after pairing, formed a randomly assigned control group and exercise group, in which the exercise group for quantitative physical activity, and then prepared the brain tissue of the exercise group and the control group by microscopy, finally, observe the difference with a microscope. The results showed that compared with the control group, the nucleus of the vertebral body was increased in the cortical sensory area of the mouse in the physical activity group, and the middle vertebral cells and tail shell medium star cell tree increased. Through the above research, it is concluded that the organisms in the growth and development period can enhance the overall function of the nervous system if they persist in physical activity training, and the morphological changes will increase the nucleoli of the neurons and enhance brain function.
