中文摘要This study visually analyzes and reviews relevant research on WPV in hospitals at home and abroad, understands the current status of WPV research in hospitals, reveals related research hotspots, and explores its research progress; investigates the current status of clinical nurses suffering from hospital WPV, and explores the influencing factors and emotional intelligence of hospital WPV The relationship with mental health provides a theoretical basis for more in-depth and comprehensive research on the WPV of nurse hospitals.Study 1. Visual analysis of research literature on hospital workplace violenceBased on the Web of science (WOS) core collection database and the China Knowledge Network (CNKI) database, CiteSpace V software was used to visualize and analyze the literature on WPV in hospitals at home and abroad, and analyze leading authors, institutions and their cooperation in this field through network nodes; Research hotspots through keyword frequency and content analysis; research knowledge evolution process through keyword burst nodes. The results are as follows: (1) The research literature on hospital WPV has increased year by year since 2011. The first article about hospital WPV appeared in the WOS database in 1996 and the CNKI database in 2003; (2) Harbin Medical University is the main research institution. In the WOS database, the top 5 authors are Mingli Jia and Qunhong Wu of Harbin Medical University, Aager,Joel, Arnetz,Judith and Upfal of Wayne State University,Mark JE, Essenmacher,Lynnette, Luborsky of Karolinska Medical School, Detroit, USA, and Morken,Tone of the Norwegian Emergency Response Center, etc. In the CNKI database, the top 5 authors were Fan Lihua, Sun Tao, Zhou Chenyu, et al., from Harbin Medical University. (3) It can be seen from the keywords that the main research population of hospital WPV is nurses, and the top five keywords are distributed: WOS database is "Workplace Violence, nurse, aggression, emergency department, staff"; CNKI database is "Hospital violence" , Nurses, medical staff, doctor-patient conflicts, medical disputes". Health care worker is the keyword with the highest centrality. The same centrality>0.1 and the keywords with higher frequency are "medical staff, hospital violence, nurses, doctor-patient conflicts, medical disputes, and doctor-patient relationship". (4) It can be seen from sudden keywords that from 1996 to 2012, the investigation of the status and cognitive status of hospital violence was a research hotspot; from 2013 to 2016, the influencing factors of hospital violence, its relationship with doctors and patients, and medical disputes The relationship between is a research hotspot; since 2017, research has further focused on the relationship between hospital WPV and job satisfaction, willingness to leave, and job burnout.Study 2. The relationship between WPV experience in nurses' hospitals and their emotional intelligence and mental healthThe general information questionnaire, hospital WPV scale, emotional intelligence scale, and SCL-90 scale were used to survey 519 nurses. The results are as follows: (1) 46.63% of the nurses in this study stated that they had experienced hospital WPV in the past year; the most experienced type of violence was emotional abuse, accounting for 42.4%; (2) In this study, nurses' emotional intelligence was above the average level.The highest score was the ability to recognize and understand others' emotions, while the lowest score was the ability to perceive emotions. (3) In this study, the score of the SCL-90 scale for nurses was lower than the national norm for youth. Nurses with a history of violence scored higher overall than those without. The difference is significant and statistically significant. (4) Demographic variables affect hospital WPV and emotional intelligence level , Mental health status has an impact; (5) Hospital WPV experience was negatively related to emotional intelligence ability; it was positively related to mental health status scores on various dimensions, and emotional intelligence is negatively correlated with mental health scores on various dimensions; (6) Emotional intelligence is Hospital WPV experience and mental health status have a moderating effect.Through the above analysis, conclusions and enlightenments can be obtained: the experience of nurse hospital WPV is related to its emotional intelligence level and mental health status; emotional intelligence has a regulatory role in the occurrence of hospital WPV and nurses’ mental health status. Therefore, to cultivate and improve nurses' emotional intelligence and improve their communication ability in clinical work and life can reduce the incidence of WPV in hospitals and improve the level of nurses' mental health.
英文摘要本研究可视化分析并综述国内外医院工作场所暴力(Work Place Violence, WPV)相关研究,了解目前医院WPV研究现状,揭示相关研究热点、探究其研究进展;调查目前临床护士遭受医院WPV情况,探讨相关影响因素及与其情绪智力和心理健康状况的关系,为改善医院工作环境提供依据。研究一、医院WPV相关研究文献可视化分析基于Web of science(WOS)核心合集数据库和中国知网(CNKI)数据库,运用Citespace V软件可视化分析国内外关于医院WPV相关文献;通过网络节点分析该领域领先作者、机构及其合作情况;通过关键词内容,出现频次分析研究的热点。通过关键词的突发性节点分析研究演进过程。结果如下:(1)医院WPV相关研究文献2011年后逐年增加,最早的医院WPV文章在WOS数据库中出现于1996年,在CNKI数据库中出现于2003年;(2)哈尔滨医科大学为主要研究机构。WOS数据库中发文量前5名的作者为哈尔滨医科大学的焦明丽、吴群红,美国韦恩州立大学Ager,Joel、Arnetz,Judith和Upfal,Mark JE,美国底特律医疗职业健康中心Essenmacher,Lynnette,卡罗琳斯卡医学院Luborsky,Mark,挪威应急保障中心Morken,Tone等。CNKI数据库中发文量前5名的作者为哈尔滨医科大学的樊立华、孙涛、周辰宇等。(3)关键词表明,医院WPV主要研究人群为护士,排名前五的关键词分布:WOS数据库分别为“Workplace Violence、nurse、aggression、emergency department、staff”;CNKI数据库为“医院暴力、护士、医务人员、医患矛盾、医疗纠纷”。health care worker为中心度最高的关键词,同样中心度>0.1和出现频次较高的关键词有“医务人员、医院暴力、护士、医患矛盾、医疗纠纷、医患关系”。(4)突发关键词表明,1996-2012年,医院暴力现况及认知状况调查为研究热点;2013-2016年,医院暴力的影响因素,及其与医患关系、医疗纠纷的关系为研究热点;2017年以来,研究进一步关注医院WPV与工作满意度、离职意愿、职业倦怠等的关系。研究二、护士医院WPV经历及其情绪智力、心理健康状应用一般资料问卷、医院WPV量表、情绪智力量表、SCL-90量表访谈519名护士。结果如下:(1)46.63%受调查护士表示过去一年中经历医院WPV;经历最多的暴力类型为情感虐待,占42.4%。(2)本研究中护士情绪智力处于中等偏上水平。得分最高的是识别与理解他人情绪能力,能力最低的是情绪知觉能力得分。有医院WPV经历者情绪智力得分低于无此经历者,差异有统计学意义。(3)被试SCL-90量表各维度得分低于全国常模,有暴力经历者总分高于无暴力经历者,差异有统计学意义;(4)人口学变量与医院WPV经历得分、情绪智力得分、心理健康状况得分相关;(5)医院WPV经历与情绪智力得分负相关;与心理健康状况各维度得分正相关,情绪智力与心理健康状况各维度得分负相关;(6)情绪智力对医院WPV经历和心理健康状况有调节效应。本研究结论如下:护士医院WPV经历与其情绪智力水平、心理健康状况相关;情绪智力可调节医院WPV的发生和护士心理健康状况水平。因此,培养、增进护士的情绪智力,提高其临床工作和生活中的沟通能力,可减少医院WPV发生率,也可提高护士心理健康水平。
