中文摘要English abstractThe depression of teenagers increases rapidly in junior middle school, which attracts the attention of scholars. The researchers explored the causes of the high incidence of adolescent depression from a number of perspectives, as well as its protective factors. However, the discussion of campus factors is limited. This study will study the depression of junior middle school students from two aspects: their mental health literacy level and their emotional perception of teachers. It is suggested that campus mental health workers should pay more attention to improving the mental health literacy level of junior high school students and pay more attention to the effect of teachers' emotional factors on students' mental health.In this study, a total of 938 students were selected from 31 teaching classes. The Chinese version of the Fluidized central depression scale, the national mental health literacy questionnaire and the positive negative emotion scale (PANAS) were used as research tools. This paper mainly investigates the relationship between the mental health literacy level and the depression level of junior high school students, and the influence of teachers' positive and negative emotions perceived by students on the aforementioned relationship. The research found that the mental health literacy level of junior high school students and the positive emotion perception of teachers were negatively correlated with the depression of junior high school students, while the negative emotion perception of teachers was positively correlated with the depression. In the prediction effect of junior high school students' mental health literacy on depression, the students' emotion perception to the teacher plays partial mediating role.
英文摘要中文摘要青少年的抑郁情绪在初中阶段增长迅速,引发学者们的高度关注。研究者们从多个角度探寻青春期抑郁高发的原因,也从多个角度探讨青春期抑郁的保护性因素,但其中,对校园因素的探讨较为有限。本研究将从初中生自身的心理健康素养水平和对教师的情绪感知两个方面对其抑郁状况进行研究,以提示校园心理健康工作者们应当注重提升初中生的心理健康素养水平,以及注重教师情绪因素对学生心理健康的影响作用。本研究抽取31个教学班级,938名学生,采用流调中心抑郁量表中文简版、国民心理健康素养问卷、正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)作为研究工具,主要考察初中生的心理健康素养水平与其抑郁水平的关系,并且考察学生感知的教师积极和消极情绪对前述关系的影响。研究发现,初中生心理健康素养水平和对教师的积极情绪感知与初中生抑郁呈负相关,而对教师的消极情绪感知与抑郁呈正相关。在初中生心理健康素养对抑郁的预测作用中,对教师的情绪感知起到了部分中介作用。
