英文摘要The invention relates to a pinhole detection method for articles which need to be packaged in a sealed mode in food, medical supplies and the like. Conductive materials which are packaged and wrapped by insulation materials are placed under a pair of detection electrodes one detection electrode is connected with a positive pole of a high-voltage power supply through guide wires, and the other detection electrode is accessed to a current detection device and then is accessed to ground through the guide wires the two detection electrodes are placed horizontally, and are spaced to each other in a certain distance, and the distance can prevent the two electrodes from being a short circuit caused by high-voltage breakdown air stainless steel bead chains of the two electrodes contact the packaging surface of the insulation materials of a sealed package the high-voltage power supply imposes high-voltage electricity on the sealed package through the detection electrodes, and therefore the sealed package is charged pinhole detection is conducted and polarity of the two detection electrodes is exchanged, and then the pinhole detection is conducted. The pinhole detection method for the sealed package is capable of achieving high-speed online lossless pinhole detection to sealed packaging products, and therefore small pinholes with a diameter of less than 0.5 micrometer are detected, and accuracy is high.
