英文摘要	The objective of the study was to assess the effect of different three HCV regimen therapies on the level of alanine aminotransferase (ALT). For this purpose the study was retrospective, comparative and cross-sectional. This study mainly focussed on the success rate of different treatments combinations in diabetic and non-diabetic HCV patients by comparing treatment outcomes, i.e. virological responses and variations in ALT and blood chemistry. The ALT values presented here ALT0, ALT3, ALT6 were noted before the initiation of therapy, after 3 months of therapy and after the completion of 6 months of therapy, respectively. The result show that before starting treatment the ALT value is 100.12, which is greater than normal and during treatment its value decreases to 89 u/L. It is concluded from the study that the initiation of the HCV therapy decreased the ALT level.
