英文摘要 | In this study, firstly, an artificial intelligence algorithm based on particle swarm optimization was adopted to create the electromagnetic and structural mechanics coupling design program of the main magnet system and its active shield. Using this computer program, the main magnet was optimally designed to be a split structure composed of HTS multi-stacked pancake coils, and its operating temperature was under 20 K. Then, we confirmed that the magnet accuracy in 200 mm DSV, the magnetic error of spherical harmonic expansion, the magnetic field distribution in the room-temperature bore, the distance to 5-Guass line and the electromagnetic stress characteristic of an optimally designed magnet are all sufficed requirement of the design. Finally, we reported the system integration of the main HTS split magnet and active shield, verified the effectiveness of the structural stability during the operation of the compact 3-T MRI. |
