中文摘要本文利用非理想脉冲扰动和双探针法示踪技术研究了一种由经典液、固流化床延拓的流化床-广义液、固流化床的液相返混。讨论了固相加料速率、液相流速和颗粒粒径等体系动、静态参数对液相返混的影响。查明了固相速率与液相流速对液相返混影响的一致性。引进了基于液、固相对速度的修正Peclet准数,从而统一了经典床与广义床的液相返混规律,完善了广义流态化理论。通过回归分析,得出了浓、稀相段液相扩散系数随诸影响因素变化的函数关系式浓相D = 1.45 * 10~(-2) Res~(1.74) 稀相 D = 7.9 * 10~(-6) Res~(3.47)通过稳态实验,测定了浓、稀相段中液相浓度分布和界面对液相由稀相向浓相返混的抑制作用,结果表明,只是在操作靠近液泛点时,液体才可由稀相向浓相返混。基于上述事实,通过分析,提出了界面的宏观等效模型并引入一个新的概念-界面因子来衡量界面抑制作用的大小,从而给出了界面清晰的物理图象。利用计算机实现了实验数据的自动采集、处理,提高了实验精度,加快了实验进程。
英文摘要Fluid mixing in generalized liquid-solid fluidizied beds has been characterized by a dynamic response technique using pulse inputs (imperfect tracer pulse method). Solid particles with a size range of 0.5 to 1.5 mm diameter and a density range from 2.5 to 2.66 kg/l were fluidized with water at void fractions of 0.48 to 0.93 for dense phase and 0.50 to 1 for dilute phase in a 43 mm column. A dispersed plug flow model has been applied successfully. Dispersion coefficients have been caculated by the moments method, the modified moments method, the transfer function method and the least squares fitting in time domain to demonstrate the superiority of the above mentioned methods. The results are related to correlations, including the use of an modified Peclet number and Reynolds number based upon the slip velocity between liquid and solid. On the basis of the steady tracer injection method experiments, a dense-dilute phase interface coefficient as a measurement of the interface action has tentatively been proposed. A experimental on-line measurement system of computer has been founded.
