中文摘要基于对并流下行循环流化床反应器中气固传热过程的分析,本文建立了并流下行循环流化床反应器气固传热模型。并采用稳态传热的实验方法,于内径为φ50 mm,高为 3.6m的下行床中,在气相进口温度为120~210 ℃,气体表观速率0.2~2.3 m/s,颗粒循环强度为5~35 Kg/(m~2·s)的操作范围内,进行了气固传热的实验研究,测定了下行床内颗粒温度的轴向分布。基于本文所建立的传热模型,通过对实验数据的回归整理,得到了并流下行循环流化床中,不同操作条件下的气固轴向截面传热系数和整个床层表观传热系数。实验结果表明,在操作条件对传热系数的影响中,表观气速的影响比颗粒循环强度的影响要显著一些,而颗粒循环强度的影响趋势则与表观气速的大小有关。本文通过因次分析和线性回归,得到了不同操作条件下轴向截面传热系数和表观传热系数与操作条件的经验关联式。
英文摘要Concurrent downflow circulating fluidized bed (CDCFB) is a prospective new type of fluidized bed, and it has received considerable attention in the recent years. Up to now, however, investigations of CDCFB have been focused attention on the flow characteristics, but few research is involved with transport characteristics. In the present work, the study on heat transfer of gas-solid in CDCFB reactor was conducted experimentally using steady heat transfer technique. The experiment apparatus was made of a steel tube of 50 mm i.d and 3.6m height with a riser. Axial distribution of solid particle temperature was measured at the operation conditions of gas input temperature 120~210 ℃, superficial gas velocity 0.2 ~ 2.3m/s and solid circulating rate 5 ~ 35 Kg/(m~2·s). Base on the analysis of gas-solid heat transfer process in the CDCFB reactor, a mathematical model was set up. As model parameters, the axial sectional gas-solid heat transfer coefficient and overall gas-solid heat transfer coefficient were obtained from experimental data by use of Matlab software. It is presented that the influence of gas velocity on gas-solid transfer is much considerable than that of solid circulating rate, and the influence trend of solid circulating rate can be changed with superficial gas velocity.
