中文摘要城市垃圾先热解再焚烧可大大提高垃圾的焚烧效率,中孔活性炭则可有效地吸附垃圾焚烧过程中所产生的剧毒有机物-二恶英.基于此,该论文在对城市垃圾中各组分性质分析的基础上,首次提出了利用垃圾中三种典型的固体有机废弃物-木质类、纸张、塑料的热解产物为原料制备适宜于吸附二恶英的中孔发达活性炭的垃圾综合利用新工艺.该文最后考察了废弃物基活性炭对甲苯的吸附特性.结果表明,Langmuir方程和Yoon理论分别对废弃物基活性炭吸附甲苯时的等温吸附行为和吸附动力特性进行很好地描述,同时废弃物基活性炭吸附甲苯穿透时间的对数分别与入口浓度的对数及气体流量具有良好的线性相关性.
英文摘要Staged combustion of the municipal solid wastes (MSWs), by separating pyrolysis with char combustion, can significantly improve the efficiency of incineration. Moreover, mesopore activated carbon may be used to adsorb dioxins produced during incineration of MSWs. Based on the analysis of thermal conversion characteristics of MSWs, a new process to dispose MSWs has been proposed. In the process, mesopore activated carbon (MSOW-AC) is produced from the pyrolysis products of three typical municipal solid organic wastes (MSOWs) components - papers, plastics and woods, which can be used as an adsorbent for dioxins. Experimental results indicate that the activated carbon with mesopore rich structure can be produced from MSOWs, which also has high adsorbability. The main results are summarized as follows: (1) Micropore volume increases with an increase of the ratio of pyrolysis products of sawdust (cSD) to those of paper (cPA) with a constant fraction of pyrolysis products of plastics (cPL), while mesopore volume changes slightly, i.e. the ratio of cSD to cPA mainly affects the micropore volume. (2) The cPL content has significant effect on the mesopore volume with a constant ratio of cSD to cPA. The mesopore volume firstly increases and then decreases with an increase of the cPL content, whereas the micropore volume decreases slightly as the cPL content increases. Adsorbability decreases as cPL content increases. (3) Adsorbability and micropore volume firstly increase and then decrease with an increase of the pyrolysis temperature, and mesopore volume decreases with the pyrolysis temperature. (4) At different prepared conditions, the mesopore volume and mesoporosity of MSOW-AC can be 0.357cm3/g and 45%, respectively. The mesopore diameters of the activated carbons are always centered in 3-4 nm. (5) The mesopore are mainly formed by the interstices which are formed during the devolatilization of cPL. In addition, some micropores are extended to mesopore during activation. New micropores are produced at the same time. Finally, the adsorption property of MSOW-AC to toluene is investigated. The results show that the isotherm adsorption behavior and adsorption kinetics of MSOW-AC to toluene can be described by Langmuir equation and Yoon theory, and the relationship between the logarithm of the breakthrough time and the logarithm of inlet concentration or flow volume are linear, respectively.
