中文摘要基于多孔材料的广泛应用和离子液体的优良特性,本论文采用一种简单安全的合成方法——离子热方法合成分子筛,研究了离子液体的种类和各反应参数对分子筛晶化过程的影响。另外,将羧基功能化离子液体引入配合物骨架,得到了新型结构的金属有机配位聚合物。论文的主要内容如下: 1)合成了一系列咪唑类离子液体,在其离子热合成体系中,优化合成条件得到SOD型磷酸铝分子筛及其过渡金属取代的分子筛Co(Fe)AlPO4-SOD;同时,优化合成条件得到LTA型磷酸铝分子筛以及石英型磷酸铝盐,研究表明反应过程中摩尔组成P2O5/Al2O3的变化是LTA型分子筛和石英型磷酸铝盐相变的主要原因;而且离子热合成过程中离子液体可循环使用。 2)合成了一系列醇胺类离子液体,在乙醇胺离子液体HEA和HEL体系分别得到了AEL型和AlPO4-14A型磷酸铝分子筛;在三乙醇胺离子液体THEAL体系,相同原料组成条件下,反应温度为160℃时得到AFI型磷酸铝分子筛,反应温度为170℃和180℃时均得到GIS型磷酸铝分子筛;结构转变过程中反应温度起主要作用。 3)合成了六种羧基功能化离子液体:溴代1,3-二烷基羧酸咪唑[(CH2COOH)2im]Br,[{CH(CH3)COOH}2im]Br,[{(CH2)3COOH}2im]Br;溴代N-烷基羧酸异烟酸[(CH2COOH)inic]Br和溴代N-烷基羧酸联二吡啶[(CH2COOH)bpy]Br,[{(CH2)3COOH}bpy]Br。利用离子液体羧基的配位功能,将其引入金属有机配位聚合物的骨架,得到了包括稀土和过渡金属两个系列的新型配位聚合物,分别为[Er4(μ3-OH)4 (μ2-O)0.5 O (C7H7N2O4)4(H2O)3]•Br2.90•Cl1.10•2H2O(1),[Pr(C7H7N2O4)(H2O)4Cl]•Br•H2O(2),[Co(C7H7N2O4)Br](3)和[Zn(C11H11N2)Br3](4)。所合成的配合物1和2为离子型,具有潜在的离子交换、催化、吸附功能;配合物3具有反铁磁性。 4)在水热酸性条件下,采用多齿的3,5-吡唑二羧酸为配体,得到了具有双层结构的稀土金属配合物单晶[Gd(Hpdc)1.5(H2O)3]和[Er(Hpdc)1.5(H2O)3]。由于受镧系收缩的影响,晶体结构中的Ln-O(COO-)和Ln-N的键长发生规律性变化;水分子的引入满足了镧离子的高配位数,有利于形成超分子结构。配合物[Gd(Hpdc)1.5(H2O)3]显示了弱的铁磁性。
英文摘要An ionothermal synthesis method of molecular sieves has been raised based on the properties of ILs. The influences of ILs and synthesis conditions on the crystallization and phase transformation of molecular sieves were investigated. And the carboxyl-functionalized ILs as a new class of supporting ligand was used to create novel structures. The major work and innovative results for this dissertation are as follows: 1) Pure and Co (Fe)-substituted aluminophosphate molecular sieves with SOD-type were synthesized ionothermally using imidazolium-based ILs. And the aluminum phosphates with LTA-type and quartz-type were synthesized ionothermally using imidazolium-based ILs, which indicated that the molar ratio P2O5/Al2O3 has crucial influence on the phase transformation. Moreover, ILs could be recycled in ionothermal system. 2) The hydroxyl ammonium ILs were introduced into the ionothermal system. The aluminophosphate molecular sieves with AEL-type and AlPO4-14A-type were synthesized ionothermally using HEA and HEL, respectively. In THEAL system, the aluminophosphate molecular sieves with AFI-type and GIS-type were synthesized at 160℃ and 170℃/180℃ with the same composition, respectively, which indicated that the reaction temperature has crucial influence on the phase transformation of the aluminophosphates. 3) Six carboxyl-functionalized ILs were synthesized, including N,N-dialkylcarboxylic acid imidazolium salts ([(CH2COOH)2im]Br,[{CH(CH3)COOH}2im]Br and [{(CH2)3COOH}2im]Br), N-alkylcarboxylic isonicotinic salt ([(CH2COOH)inic]Br), N-alkylcarboxylic bipyridinium salts ([(CH2COOH)2bpy]Br and [{(CH2)3COOH}2bpy]Br). The novel metal-organic frameworks with metal ions (Er3+, Pr3+, Co2+, Zn2+) and carboxyl-functionalized ILs were designed and synthesized in the mixed solvents of water and ethanol, including [Er4(μ3-OH)4 (μ2-O)0.5O(C7H7N2O4)4(H2O)3]•Br2.90•Cl1.10•2H2O(1), [Pr(C7H7N2O4)(H2O)4Cl]•Br•H2O(2), [Co(C7H7N2O4)Br] (3) and [Zn(C11H11N2)Br3](4). Compounds 1 and 2 have the ion-exchange, catalysis and adsorption functions, potentially. Compound 3 displays an antiferromagnetic behavior. 4) [Gd(Hpdc)1.5(H2O)3] and [Er(Hpdc)1.5(H2O)3] with double-layer structure were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized. Due to the lanthanide contraction, the bond lengths of Ln-O(COO-) and Ln-N change regularly in the structures. The coordinated water molecules meet the high coordination number of the lanthanide ions. [Gd(Hpdc)1.5(H2O)3] displays a weak ferromagnetic behavior.
