英文摘要

During some emergency situations, we have to transmit emergency information in real time. But in another hand, we come across some communication problems during emergency situations. So, we need a worldwide covered, swift and cheap information transmission system for emergency rescuing and key products information. Taking advantage of BeiDou (BD) navigation system, especially the position and short message transmission functions, BD system is sometimes as a simple communication satellite system. And then, we can transmit some emergency information flexibility through satellites in the space which can send more than one hundred Chinese characters once. For emergency rescue operations, we can pack several different types data into a BD short message package: at first, some important health parameters such as: Blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation; the second, some basic patient information, such as: name, gender, and age; some subjective judgment conclusions, such as: Symptoms and grade information: headache grade, chest pain grade, abdominal pain grade, trauma grade, degree of consciousness and poisoning, and so on. For blood or vaccine tracing monitoring, we can monitor the different blood products which are transmitted together restoring temperatures in same time, for example, 2–6 ℃ for Whole blood and red blood cells, −18 ℃ for fresh frozen plasma and cryoprecipitation, −65 ℃ for Frozen red blood cell, and 24 ℃ for blood platelet. Taking advantages of the advanced information transmission network based on BD navigation system which covers any corner of earth, the emergency and key temperature information can be transmitted to data center as soon as possible. The BD is an advanced navigation system that the third generation BD system covers the whole earth. It can play a key role in rescuing operations in global in the future.
