英文摘要Herein, gamma'-strengthened Co-based single crystal superalloy is bonded by a transient liquid phase bonding process and the fracture process of TLP joint is investigated by using in-situ tensile characterization. The results reveal that boride-induced cracks emerged in the diffusion affected zone, which prefer to stay near the base metal and gradually move towards the isothermally solidified zone. The failure of TLP joint occurs due to the coalescence of cracks, rendering a relatively flat fracture path in the diffusion affected zone. (C) 2019 Published by Elsevier B.V.
