Distribution and Roles of P in DD6 Alloy

英文摘要The distribution of P and its effects on the mechanical properties of DD6 alloy were studied by SEM and AES. Results show that when P contents exceed 0.1%, Cr, Nb and Mo are segregated together while Al is rare in the region of P segregation. The region without gamma' is formed around the region of P segregation. However, when the content of P is 0.01%, they are segregated in the ruptured interface although 0, P and S are the rare elements. The segregation of P degenerates the interfacial strength. In addition, the stress-rupture properties and tensile properties decline with the increase of P.
