英文摘要Aluminum-matrix composites reinforced with 3D-SiC network were prepared by pressureless infiltration technology at 900 degrees C. A reaction layer with thickness of similar to 60 mu m was observed. In addition, cracking in the reaction layer was also found. (c) 2006 Published by Elsevier B.V.
