英文摘要The word record power conversion efficiency (PCE) of photovoltaic devices based on organometal halide perovskite materials all around the world has reached to over 25% because of the excellent properties of the perovskite materials. However, most of the perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with PCE higher than 20% are based on a normal n-i-p structure using TiO2 electron transporting materials which require high-temperature (500 degrees C) thermal annealing. To develop a low-temperature device fabrication process, an inverted PSC with p-i-n structure has been manufactured. However, the PCE of PSCs with this structure is relatively lower than that of normal n-i-p structure. Herein, we have assembled and investigated the photovoltaic performance of the PSCs with the structure of FTO Glass/NiO/Perovskite/PC61 BM/BCP/Ag. It is found that the PCE of the PSCs is strongly dependent on the fabrication conditions of the PC61BM. The champion device can be obtained by optimizing the concentration of PC61BM of 25 mg/mL in chlorobenzene (CB). We found that the V-oc of the PSC is too low when the PC61BM is too thin, while the J(sc) is reduced when the PC61BM is too thick P: 111.93 14 78 On: Fr 15 Jan 2021 2:12:15 due to its low mobility. To solve this problem, we mxed the PC61BM wtZnO nanoparticles which has higher Copyright: American Scientific Publish ers electron mobility. Interestingly, the PSC based on a PC61BM/ZnO blend layer has a higher PCE of 13.2%.
