英文摘要A LC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of dexibuprofen and levocetirizine in Beagle dog plasma.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methano1-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution(25︰56.25︰18.75).A tandem mass spectrometric detection was conducted using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) under the positive/negative ionization switching mode.The calibration curves of dexibuprofen and levocetirizine were linear in the ranges of 0.2-100 mug/ml and 0.008-4 mug/ml.The intra-and inter-day RSDs were less than 8.7% and the extraction recoveries were over 80.9%.
