英文摘要Ubiquitin-specific protease 14 (USP14) is one of the ubiquitin-specific proteases (USP) family of deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs), which could exert biological effects via trimming ubiquitin from its substrates. USP14 plays an important role in cell signaling transduction, regulation of viral infection, neurological function and carcinogenesis. Many researchers regard USP 14 inhibitor as a novel anti-tumor therapy strategy, because USP 14 is feasible to be a drug target and plays an important role in tumor progression. In this review, we discuss the research advance of USP 14 in signaling pathway, viral infection, nervous system and cancer development, as well as the latest study of USP 14 inhibitors.
