英文摘要A new gallic acid derivative, 3, 4, 5-triphenolbenzoylsalicylaldehyde hydrazone (HL), and its four rare earth metal complexes, [LnL (OAc)2] H2O (Ln = La3 +, Sm3 +, Tb3 +, Dy3 +), have been synthesized and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, molar conductivity, IR and 1H NMR spectra. The antitumor activities against HL-60 and A - 549 cell lines of the prepared compounds have also been evaluated. The results indicate that the antitumor activity against the human leukemia cell lineHL-60 than the ligand HL, and the antitumor activity of the ligand is largely changed by the formation of the complexes.
