英文摘要 | The biodegradable sustained-release microspheres loaded with huperzine A for injection were prepared by o/w and o/o emulsion in-liquid drying process,respectively.The physicochemical properties of huperzine A-PLGA microspheres prepared by two methods were comparatively studied in terms of the morphology,particle size and the distribution,as well as the in vivo and in vitro drug release behavior.The results showed that the method of o/o emulsion in-liquid drying process had the advantage in preparing of injectable huperzine A microspheres. |
