英文摘要 | Chemical investigation of the acetone extract of the sponge Biemna fortis Topsent, collected from Weizhou Island, Guangxi Autonomous Region, China, afforded a new minor furanosesterterpene, (12E,18R, 20E) - 8- hydroxyvariabilin (4), together with four known analogues (1-3 and 5). The structure of the new compound was elucidated by detailed analysis of spectroscopic data, including 1D and 2D NMR (H-1 and C-13 NMR, H-1-H-1 COSY, HSQC, and HMBC), as well as by comparison with reported data. This is the first report of furanosesterterpenes from the species B. fortis and from the family Desmacellidae as well. The chemotaxonomic significance of these isolated furanosesterterpenes has been discussed. |
