英文摘要 | The rays from a plane of transmitter sources (F) are collimated by a first microlens field (A), and bent toward the first diffraction grating (C) by a waveguide (B). The light is diffracted onto an identical grating (D) and again onto another waveguide (E), placed at a large reflective angle, and approximately linearizes the split light. Microlens field focuses the light onto the receivers (G). The device is an integrated module having fiber lines or fiber fields at input or output from multiplexer. Two-dimensional VCSEL fields or laser lines with defined wavelengths are used as transmission elements, and selective transmission and reflection grids can be used in combination. |
