英文摘要	PURPOSE:To obtain a laser light source adapted for an optical memory in which PHB phenomenon is applied by using a semiconductor laser with a wavelength control electrode and a wavelength filter for passing only a light of specific wavelength to control the wavelength of the laser light to the specific wavelength value. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a photodetector 4, to which a laser light 2 from a semiconductor laser 1 is input through a wavelength filter 3 is amplified, detected by an envelope detector 6, the output signal and the output signal of an oscillator 8 of an AC signal are synchronization-detected by a synchronous detector 7, and the output signal and the output signal of the oscillator 8 are added by an adder 9. Unnecessary high frequency components are removed from the output signal by a low pass filter 10 to be input to the terminal l3a of a switch circuit 13, and when terminals l3a, 13c are conducted, they are amplified to be input to an adder 12. The output signal of the oscillator 8 amplified by the amplifier 11 is also input to the adder 13, the output signal IL is input to the wavelength control electrode L of the laser 1 to control the oscillating wavelength.
