英文摘要	PURPOSE:To record the picture of a defined successive tone by providing a feedback path for feeding back a signal corresponding to the driving current of a semiconductor laser to a light emitting level command signal and a high- pass filter having substantially the same time constant as the time constant of the droop characteristic of the semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage rising in a step form is inputted to the high-pass filter 52, the output thereof is changed as shown in the drawing. Accordingly, if the output of this high-pass filter 52 is fed back (negative feed back) to the light emitting level command signal, the driving current of the semiconductor laser is lowered as shown by broken lines (h) according to this feed back signal and consequently, the optical output of the semiconductor laser is changed as shown by broken lines (k). Then, when the time constant of the high pass filter 53 is set to substantially the same time constant as the droop characteristic of the semiconductor laser and the gain of the feedback path 51 is suitably decided, the optical output fluctuation of the semiconductor laser according to the droop can be substantially offset by the optical output fluctuation according to the feedback signal.
