The semiconductor-laser tympanostomy therapeutic instrument comprises a first laser (1), a second laser (2), an optical fiber coupler, an optical fiber collimating mirror (3), a first heat reflecting mirror (4), a laser focusing lens (5) and a video otoscope (6), wherein the first laser (1) and the second laser (2) are located at the incidence end 10 of the optical fiber coupler, the optical fiber collimating mirror (3), the laser focusing lens (5), the first heat reflecting mirror (4) and the video otoscope (6) are sequentially arranged at the emergence end of the optical fiber coupler. By coupling laser light with different wavelengths into one beam of laser light, and achieving a coaxial beam of imaging light and laser light utilizing the first heat reflecting mirror 15 (4), the therapeutic instrument can thus determine during surgical operation the perforation position and size on a tympanic membrane according to the position and size of a red indication shown on the video otoscope (6), and carry out the perforation operation utilizing the laser light produced by the first laser (1); the therapeutic instrument is beneficial for shortening operation time and reducing 20 complications, needs no general anesthesia, and greatly improves the operation quality and postoperative effect
