| 英文摘要 | A method for the treatment of Dupuytren's contracture using laser puncture aponeurotomy, wherein under infiltration anesthesia the needle is injected subcutaneously through which a light pipe is connected having diameter 0.6-, which provides the supply of diode laser radiation with a wavelength of 940 nm to scarring palmar aponeurosis. In this case, themodulated mode of operation 50:10 with radiation power 22-24 W is used, and further by vibrational motions partial destruction is performed and vaporization of pathologically changed tissues, which allows to perform joint contractures redersation, and then for 4-6 days immobilized metal plate is applied, chondroprotectors are prescribed, as well as lazer and magnet procedures and gymnastics. |
