中文摘要the biotransformation of diester-diterpenoid alkaloid, monoester-diterpenoid alkaloid and lipo-alkaloid in the decoctions of chinese medicine pairs by rat intestinal flora was studied using electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. the semiquantitative method of mass spectrometry was established for the analysis of aconitum alkaloids before and after biotransformation. the content changes of aconitum alkaloids caused by rat intestinal flora was analyzed in the biotransformation process of the decoctions of radix aconiti preparata with bulbus fritillariae thunbergii, rhizoma pinelliae preparatum and ampelopsis japonica. the results showed that after the combination bulbus fritillariae thunbergii increased the content of diester-diterpenoid alkaloids, and rhizoma pinelliae preparatum reduced the content of diester-diterpenoid alkaloids, and ampelopsis japonica almost has no effect for the content of diester-diterpenoid alkaloids in decoction; the rat intestinal flora can more reduce the toxicity of diester-diterpenoid alkaloids and increase the content of lipo-alkaloids. the mechanism of combination and biotransformation of traditional chinese medicine was proposed by the analysis of the content changes of aconitum alkaloids in chinese medicine pairs.
