中文摘要As one of numerical simulation method, rigid plasticity finite element method (RPFEM) had been widely applied in rolling. In the analysis of strip rolling process RPFEM had advantage of less calculating time and good convergence. Based on the RPFEM a fast RPFEM for strip steel rolling process was developed in the paper. To speed up the velocity of calculation, solution of initial velocity field was analyzed including engineering method, G function method, multi-layer perception neural network with back propagation algorithm and refined element method, convergence and calculating time were compared and discussed. Effects of numbers of element, mesh and decreased freedom element on calculation time and precision was analyzed. Arithmetic of optimization was analyzed, including Newton-Raphson method, trust region method, Brunt method, improved mid-point integral Newton method and Cholesky forced positive method. In strip rolling the on-line set up value of rolling force can be obtained by fast RPFEM. It has high precision and more useful parameters.
