中文摘要	本文以可持续发展理论为指导，在分析绿洲系统的结构、功能、特征及演化规律的基础上，探讨了绿系统的可持续发展内涵和调控机制,提出了水土资源合理配置是绿洲PES系统协调发展的核心。并以孔雀河流域绿洲为例，利用遥感与地理信息系统一体化技术，建立了流域土地资源信息系统，以此作为辅助决策工具，采用定性与定量、静态与动态相合的方法，对孔雀河绿洲开发历史、人口发展、土地质量和潜力、水土资源利用现状、土地荒漠化、经济发展等进行了评价或规划。在此基础上进行了水土资源优化调控模式的研究，并就配置方案可行性进行了探讨。The dissertation deals with the connotation and control mechanism of oasis sustainable development, puts forward water and land reasonable utilization and distribution is the key to control oasis PRES coordination, with geographic information system and remote sensing, analyses the present situation and trend of reclaiming process、population、land quality、landuse、water resource utilization、land desertification as well as economic development of the oases along the Kong Que river qualitatively and quantitatively, then practices water and land optimization match to control oasis system of Kong Que river, in the end, the feasibility of layout schemes is discussed. The main work of the dissertation are as follows: (1) The concept of oasis system sustainable development is defined through discussion of its structure、function、feature and succession. Ecological economic attribute of oasis system indicates that priority is equal between protecting its ecological environment and developing economic, and reasonable allocation water and land resource is the key of oasis system coordinate. (2) With the aid of GIS、RS、GPS, the coordinate law of Kong Que river oasis PRES can be explored in qualitative and quantitative integration, the way to deal with existing problem and development strategy is given for oasis sustainable development. (3) Against economic output value、protection of ecological environment scale and land carrying capability, looks for optimization water and land allocation in oasis system of Kong Que river, a control pattern is suggested to exploit reasonably resource to satisfy social economic development and ecological survival.
