英文摘要	Presented the software of MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System) and the catenation and control system for CSR vacuum based on it. Discussed the structure, the software and hardware of the system, and introduced device driver design based on MCGS. The practice has proved that the system had high reliability and short construct periods. And it had good replantation and expansion capability for the different conditions.
