英文摘要Based on HJ-1 CCD data, the influence of whether atmospheric correction carried out or not and NDVI threshold selection on the green tide area extracted precision of remote sensing was studied. The results indicate that (1) The NDVI standard deviation values of green tide and seawater mixed sample area increase after atmospheric correction which is beneficial to extracting green tide information. (2)Green tide area and NDVI threshold display linearity. The slopes obtained from 8 images range in 0.47-8.91. Green tide area changed by 12%similar to 40% due to NDVI threshold changed. Therefore, how to choose a suitable threshold is very important to accurately extract the green tide area.
