英文摘要Plasmid DNA pEGFP-N2-LCDV0.6kb, enwrapped by liposome, was injected into Paralichthys olivaceus. Lymphopoiesis and respiratory break out of lymphocyte from peripherally blood, hind-intestines, spleen, head-kidney, antibody level and the protective efficiency against lymphocystis disease virus (LCDV) were examined for evaluating the role of liposome. The results indicated liposome could promote the immune effect of DNA vaccine against LCDV and enhance the protective efficiency. Liposome should be further studied and put into practice as a kind of DNA vaccine adjuvant.
