英文摘要 | The ability of Mathematica, a computer algebra system to conduct third-order chromatic aberrations of electron lenses has been demonstrated. The third-order chromatic aberrations of electron lenses included analytical derivation of aberration coefficients, graphical display of aberration patterns, and numerical calculations. The concept of computer algebra system is significant in electron optical aberration theory, as it makes the high-order aberration analysis concise and effective. Mathematica enabled the third-order chromatic aberration of an electron lens to be calculated separately, either for the electrostatic or for the magnetic perturbation, which are expressed in a unified second-order inhomogeneous ordinary differential equation. It also effectively displayed the patterns of the third-order chromatic aberrations in the image plane back to the object plane, with reference.; EI; SUPPL.; 95-148; 145 |
