英文摘要 | This paper presents the first experimental demonstration on microfluidic metasurface which can be individually controlled for electromagnetic modulator. The polarization state and intensity of reflected light can be actively modulated in a wide range of frequency (86% of central frequency). In addition, the intensity of cross polarized light in reflection can be significantly modulated, in which the modulation depth is nearly 100% for the whole frequency range.
