英文摘要 | Nanofluidic sensor had a funnel nanochannel with few nanoparticles stuck at the tip has been demonstrated as a simple, fast and inexpensive way to prepare biosensor with high sensitivity. However, the parameter of this kind of sensor was difficult to obtain so that theoretical analyzation of the experimental results was necessary.
