英文摘要 | Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been recognized as excellent emitters due to their low turn-on field, high field enhancement factor, high electrical conductivity, and high mechanical strength. Many studies have shown that the CNT films cathode were appropriate to the field emission devices. The CNT films cathode is mainly obtained with the methods of direct chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth, paste screen printing, spraying, etc. However, there are some disadvantages of these methods, such as high temperature during CVD process, introduction of impurities in paste screen printing, poor adhesive strength to the substrate in spraying. ? 2010 IEEE.; EI; 0 |
